Position: Designer Architecture
Located : Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs aligned with client needs and project requirements.

• Prepare design presentations, including 3D visuals, renderings, and mood boards.

• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including project architects and interior designers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

• Regularly update clients on design progress and incorporate feedback into revisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design.

• Highly creative with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.

• Exceptional visual communication skills, including proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or similar.

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality design deliverables under tight deadlines.

• Must be Mandarin speaking.

• Passionate about design trends and innovation.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and exceptional design work.
