Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Port Klang
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Facilitate and follow up on tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is communicated effectively.

Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, including preparing necessary materials.

Drive and push tasks across teams and departments to ensure efficient project execution.

Assist in drafting, proofreading, and managing correspondence and reports.

Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval.

Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Director.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant or coordination role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Good communication skills, written and spoken, in English, BM and Mandarin.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
